The dulse seaweed is rich in protein as any other red seaweed.


Handling: Remove salt for three minutes under tap water.


The dulse seaweed is excellent in omelettes and salted cakes. It can also be appreciated in a mixed salad with carrots and a fine salad dressing.

Ingrédients:

- 100g thinly sliced dulse

- 100g butter

- 5 cl liquid cream

- ½ lemon

 

 

 

 

 Recipe idea: Toast

 

 

Directions:

  • Mix cream, butter and lemon juice.
  • Add the seaweed little by little with salt and pepper.
  • It is excellent with a slice of salmon.
